• Account: name, email and a password stored encrypted (hashed). We never store your password in plain text.
• Module reads: the files (.bin/EEPROM/flash) you upload to analyze or synchronize. These may contain the vehicle's VIN, security/immobilizer codes and part numbers.
• Vehicle data: VIN and technical data derived from the reads.
• Licensing & usage: which apps/functions you have enabled, plus basic technical logs to operate and support the service.
• Local agent (AQ Link): runs on YOUR computer and talks to the VCI/vehicle. Traffic with the vehicle is processed locally on your machine.

🎯 2. How we use it

• Provide the service: identify modules, change VIN, synchronize the immobilizer, program/flash and guided functions.
• Manage your account, licenses and access.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot the service itself.
• Protect the platform against abuse or unauthorized use.

We do not use your reads or data for advertising, and we do not sell them.

🔒 3. How we protect it

• All traffic with the platform is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.
• Access is protected per account and per role; each user only sees what they are licensed for.
• Reads are processed to give you the result and are not shared with other users.
• The platform's internal technical data is stored on access-restricted servers.

No system is 100% foolproof, but we apply reasonable measures to protect your information.

⏱️ 4. How long we keep it

We keep your account data while your account is active. Files you upload are kept only as long as needed to deliver the result and related support; you may request their deletion at any time.

🤝 5. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your information. We only share it when necessary to run the service (for example, the infrastructure/hosting provider) or when required by law. Those providers may only use it to provide the service to us.

We use essential cookies: the session cookie (to keep you signed in) and the language cookie (ES/EN). We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

You can request to access, correct or delete your information, or close your account. Contact us and we will handle your request.

📌 8. Responsible use

ArmandoQ Diagnostic is a tool for professionals. You must only upload reads and work on vehicle modules you are authorized to service. You are responsible for how you use the platform and your customers' data.
